Rebuild and Repair

All transmissions are tested on our new Hicklin dyno.

We rebuild, repair and supply parts for all major brands of automatic transmissions and torque converters. We buy surplus parts and cores too. Please call, fax, or e-mail the model number, part number and serial number and we will get back to you right away.

How We Rebuild Transmissions

The rebuild process is critical and most rebuilders are not as thorough as we are. See for yourself:

Step 1: Disassemble the core transmission and clean all parts.
Step 2: Replace all bearings, seals and gaskets.
Step 3: Check for compliance with factory specifications on shaft, turbine, stators, gears and case; replace if necessary.
Step 4: Reassemble transmission by factory trained mechanic, using genuine parts.
Step 5: Dynamometer test, check pressures and shift points.
Step 6: Strap to pallet; deliver to airport or trucking company.
